Were seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists committed to empowering learners and enhancing student communication skills for the 20262027 school year. Two caseload options are available: an 11-month early intervention role supporting young childrens crucial early development, and a dynamic K-12 opening providing care and guidance throughout students educational journeys.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current, valid Maryland SLP license (or eligibility to obtain in time for start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in educational settings and IEP development highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills essential
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services across assigned caseload (Early Intervention or K-12, based on interest and fit)
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Guide students in building effective communication and language abilities, using evidence-based techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in alignment with school and legal requirements
