This full-time, contract-based Speech-Language Pathologist role begins in August of 2026, with options to work either with early intervention students (11-month position) or in a K-12 setting. What you bring:

  • Active Maryland SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is an asset
  • Flexibility, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
  • Passion for working with children and tailoring interventions to diverse needs

In this role, you will:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and parents
  • Deliver both pull-out and in-class therapy services tailored to early intervention or K-12 student populations
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Serve as a resource for school staff, offering expertise and support related to speech and language development
