Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania SLP certification required
• Previous experience in school-based or early intervention settings preferred
• Strong understanding of early childhood speech and language development
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to tailor treatment plans for diverse needs and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students ages 3-5, addressing communication disorders and supporting individual education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, or communication issues in early learners
• Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and families to support holistic development
• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress notes, and student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to documentation, and develop measurable therapy goals
• Offer guidance and strategies to caregivers and staff for reinforcing skills outside of therapy sessions
