Job Description

A rewarding opportunity is available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) dedicated to delivering exceptional services in a K-12 school environment. Five positions are open for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, providing a full-time contract role on-site in McMinnville, OR. These roles offer the chance to work with diverse student populations from pre-K through 12th grade, with caseloads averaging around 50 students tailored to individual staff strengths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring for students.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
  • Adapt strategies to meet varied communication needs across multiple grade levels.
  • Support students communication development to enhance academic achievement and social interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or valid SLP license.
  • Current SLP certification (CCC-SLP preferred) with experience working in school settings.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students.
  • Commitment to working onsite full time, ensuring consistent and impactful student support.
