In this essential role, you'll work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that support student communication and academic success.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred, new graduates (CFY) are welcome to apply
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators and parents to ensure student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across assigned campuses
• Develop and implement effective IEP goals and evidence-based interventions
• Provide therapy services individually and in groups
• Maintain organized documentation in accordance with district and federal guidelines
• Collaborate proactively with special education teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding communication disorders and strategies
