Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to travel between multiple private/location-based schools each week
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for a varied student population
- Develop and implement effective IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services in alignment with each students educational program
- Collaborate closely with special education teams, teachers, school administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation consistent with school and licensure standards
