Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting early childhood students for the 20262027 academic year. This contract role offers an engaging, onsite, full-time schedule where youll make a direct impact on young learners communication and educational journeys.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP license (required)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (strongly preferred)
- Prior school-based experience, ideally with early childhood populations
- Ability to conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop IEP goals
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience providing both direct and indirect services in an educational setting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to early childhood students
- Complete thorough evaluations and contribute to IEP development
- Partner with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student growth
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Participate as an active team member in school-based initiatives and meetings
Additional Details:
- Full-time, onsite schedule (40 hours per week)
- Assignment runs from early August 2026 through late May 2027
- Virtual interview process (1530 minutes)
