Job Description

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant educational community. This onsite role offers a chance to work hands-on in a school-based setting, helping children develop essential communication skills for lifelong success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Valid Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (must obtain both eventually, but either is accepted to start)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
  • Experience in educational or pediatric SLP settings is ideal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse staff and student populations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services onsite as directed by school needs
  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
  • Work closely with educators, families, and other specialists to support student outcomes
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state, federal, and district guidelines

Role Details:

  • Contract dates: Late July 2026 to late May 2027
  • Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, school day hours
  • Onsite position onlyteletherapy is not offered for this role
