Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Active North Carolina SLP license
• North Carolina DPI Special Service Personnel School SLP Credential
• Experience working within schools as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to provide supportive, evidence-based interventions
• Flexibility to address the needs of diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language screenings and thorough assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct and indirect services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and caregivers to support student communication goals
• Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
• Educate staff and families on strategies to promote language development
