Desired Background:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
• Previous experience with pediatric clients, especially in a school setting
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
• Strong clinical skills in assessments, developing IEPs, and direct therapy
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Open to new graduates completing their CFY year
• Valid license (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Wisconsin

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Document progress and communicate regularly with teachers, families, and school staff
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each childs educational journey
• Utilize teletherapy tools as needed for remote service delivery
• Contribute to IEP meetings and student progress reviews
