Desired Background:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
- Previous experience with pediatric clients, especially in a school setting
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong clinical skills in assessments, developing IEPs, and direct therapy
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Open to new graduates completing their CFY year
- Valid license (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Wisconsin
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Document progress and communicate regularly with teachers, families, and school staff
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each childs educational journey
- Utilize teletherapy tools as needed for remote service delivery
- Contribute to IEP meetings and student progress reviews
