What youll bring:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license or eligibility in the state
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• School-based experience is highly desirable

In this role, you will:

• Provide screening, evaluation, and direct therapy for students with speech, language, or communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and coordinate with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate records of assessment results, progress notes, and service delivery
• Offer support and resources to educators and families to foster student progress
• Adapt services to meet the varying needs of students across different grade levels
