Qualified applicants will possess:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with pediatric populations, including preschool and school-aged children
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and adapt therapy techniques appropriately
• Collaborative mindset and experience partnering with teachers and support teams

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Developing individualized treatment plans for students across all grade levels
• Delivering direct and consultative therapy services in school settings
• Maintaining detailed student records in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with families and school staff to support student progress
• Providing resources and support to classroom educators for language development strategies
