Your expertise will serve a range of learners, from Pre-K and Kindergarten through elementary, middle, and high school. Youll collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment where students of all backgrounds and needs can thrive.
Qualified applicants will possess:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, including preschool and school-aged children
- Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and adapt therapy techniques appropriately
- Collaborative mindset and experience partnering with teachers and support teams
In this position, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans for students across all grade levels
- Delivering direct and consultative therapy services in school settings
- Maintaining detailed student records in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with families and school staff to support student progress
- Providing resources and support to classroom educators for language development strategies
