What you bring:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in Washington State
  • Experience or confidence providing services to pediatric populations
  • Ability to work with students from Pre-K through Grade 12
  • Skill in assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support diverse learning needs and environments

What youll do:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, tailored to a variety of age groups and needs
  • Consult with teachers and parents to support educational and communication goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating to set meaningful goals for student success
  • Advocate for inclusive practices and help foster a supportive classroom environment
