A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in pediatrics within a school setting located in Marysville, WA. This role focuses on supporting students across various age groups, from early childhood through high school, including pre-kindergarten and elementary levels.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting speech and language evaluations for students ranging from pre-school to high school.
• Developing individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
• Implementing therapy sessions tailored to meet each student's unique needs.
• Documenting progress and maintaining accurate student records per school policies.
• Participating in meetings and providing guidance on speech and language development strategies.

Desired qualifications or experience:

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings.
• Familiarity with early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school grade levels.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective communication skills with students, families, and school staff.
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for speech and language disorders.
