Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP in California
  • Familiarity with supporting PreK12 caseloads in a school environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress
  • Maintain comprehensive records and data documentation in compliance with school and district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and ongoing professional development
