Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist working with a diverse age range in a school setting. This contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators and families to help students overcome communication challenges from early childhood through high school.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the state
• Preferred experience working in school environments with Pre-K, elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong expertise in evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
• Ability to adapt interventions across developmental stages and grade levels
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify speech and language needs for students in Pre-K through grade 12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with teachers and support staff
• Deliver therapy sessions, both individual and group, adapted to student needs
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal growth
• Consult with families and educators, providing strategies to support students in and out of the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and review of student goals
• Maintain compliance with school policies and state regulations
