Job Description
This position offers an opportunity to work as a Speech Language Pathologist within a dynamic school environment serving students from kindergarten through 5th grade. The role is onsite in Martin, MI, providing direct support to young learners to enhance their communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to K-5 students.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each students needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and school policies.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Michigan Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families.
