A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with students in an elementary school setting, serving grades K-5. This full-time position, located in Marquette, MI, offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners communication development through in-person support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations, individualized therapy, and progress monitoring for elementary students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop and implement effective intervention plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success discussions
• Support a positive learning environment fostering student growth and confidence

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience serving elementary school-aged children, preferably K-5
• Strong assessment and treatment skills across speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Commitment to student-centered care and educational excellence
