Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• State licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for collaborative work with educators, families, and students

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with students IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and support staff to promote student success
• Document progress, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide training, guidance, and resources to staff and families as needed
• Stay current with best practices and compliance regulations within school settings
