Qualifications & Preferred Experience

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • School-based experience strongly preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Ability to connect with students, staff, and families in a caring, professional manner
  • Preference for in-person availability

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 83 elementary students
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with special education teams
  • Conduct thorough speech-language assessments and re-evaluations
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and ongoing professional development
