Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure for SLP
• Prior experience or clinical practicum within school settings preferred
• Proficient in assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Effective communicator with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement personalized IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals
• Provide direct, small group, and consultative SLP services as outlined in student plans
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and other professionals to support academic and social success
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions to ensure comprehensive care for students
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and service delivery
• Educate families and staff on strategies to generalize communication skills beyond the therapy setting
