Job Description

Step into a rewarding role supporting students across the Metro Atlanta area as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This position presents a dynamic opportunity to work with varied age groupsfrom Pre-K to high schoolserving students at one primary site per assignment, with both full-time (35 hours/week) and select part-time options available.

You'll contribute your expertise and passion to foster communication development in diverse school environments. Placements include well-established elementary schools, innovative academies, high-needs units, and community preschools. Candidates with bilingual skills are particularly encouraged to apply, as certain sites have a strong need for bilingual SLPs. Assignments are carefully matched to provider strengths, ensuring your impact is both meaningful and manageable.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Georgia Department of Education Certification
  • Current Georgia SLP License
  • Previous experience in PreK12 school settings preferred
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) encouraged

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services in a school setting
