Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida SLP license required
• Experience in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
• Comfortable adapting support and interventions to diverse student needs
• Commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards in all interactions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate records on student progress and service documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine skills and remain current with best practices
