Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP license in Washington State
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and identifying students speech and language needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized IEP goals and therapy plans
  • Providing direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student progress
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
