Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current SLP state licensure or eligibility in Washington
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings
  • Comfortable delivering services across all grade bands: Pre-K, Elementary, Middle, and High School
  • Familiarity with IEPs, progress reporting, and collaborative consultation with multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with students, families, and staff
  • Effective problem-solving, organization, and communication skills

Your Role:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with educational goals
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing input and support for students ongoing development
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to ensure coordinated support
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
  • Document services, maintain records, and complete required reports promptly
