A full-time opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work onsite at a school in Maple Valley, WA. This role focuses on supporting students with developmental disabilities by enhancing their participation in classroom activities and working closely within the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team to promote student goals.
Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication disorders. The SLP will collaborate with educators and support staff to develop tailored strategies that address each students unique needs, providing both therapeutic support and guidance to the team.
Qualifications and experience desired for this role:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license in Washington State
- Credentials such as Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
