Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license or eligibility in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Previous experience in school settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-age children
• Develop IEP goals and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students communication needs
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation
• Provide direct and consultative services, both one-on-one and in group settings
• Support compliance with federal and state special education guidelines
