Step into an exciting contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license or eligibility in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-age children
- Develop IEP goals and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students communication needs
- Maintain accurate records and required documentation
- Provide direct and consultative services, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Support compliance with federal and state special education guidelines
