Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; clinical fellows welcome to apply
• Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Flexibility and adaptability within diverse school settings

What Youll Do:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of students speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' unique goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
• Maintain documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise on speech and language development
• Deliver therapy services in both individual and group formats
• Serve as a resource on communication disorders and strategies for educators and caregivers
