Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred
- Experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and familiarity with school-based therapy practices
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families to align therapeutic interventions with academic goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary educational teams
- Offer support, training, and resources to staff and caregivers as needed
