Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY with supervision
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• Compassion, organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to student growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized IEP goals
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, both individually and in small groups
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of student progress and treatment sessions
• Consult and collaborate with families, educators, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Offer guidance for classroom strategies and modifications to support communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing team discussions for comprehensive support
