Utilize your specialized training to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for children with speech, language, or communication challenges. Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY with supervision
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Compassion, organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized IEP goals
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, both individually and in small groups
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of student progress and treatment sessions
- Consult and collaborate with families, educators, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Offer guidance for classroom strategies and modifications to support communication needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing team discussions for comprehensive support
