Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates also considered
- Experience working in school settings advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and professional rapport with students, staff, and families
- Ability to organize therapy sessions, track goals, and manage documentation efficiently
What Youll Do:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations of students speech and language needs
- Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and provide evidence-based therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to ensure student progress
- Keep accurate records of student performance and document services as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Educate and empower families about techniques to support growth beyond the classroom
