Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Previous experience in a K-12 school environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
  • Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy, both individual and group sessions, focusing on speech, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatic development
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with school and district policies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the planning process
  • Provide resources and guidance to classroom teachers and families
