Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Kansas state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in pediatric, school, or teletherapy settings preferred
- Expertise in early intervention and knowledge of relevant assessment and therapy techniques
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of children with communication challenges
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in early childhood populations
- Develop effective, individualized treatment plans and monitor progress toward goals
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student success
- Provide both direct and consultative services as needed, including participation in IEP/IFSP meetings
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation to ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
- Utilize teletherapy platforms when appropriate to meet student needs
