Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license (or eligibility) in North Dakota
• Experience working in school-based or pediatric clinical settings preferred
• Strong understanding of assessment tools and intervention strategies for ages PreK-12
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Adaptability, compassion, and a passion for supporting young learners

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students referred by teachers or families
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support student progress and growth
• Deliver effective therapy sessionsboth individually and in small groupstargeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and family members to carry out student-centered interventions and maximize educational outcomes
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed, keeping thorough records and reporting updates to the team
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute professional expertise to support whole-child development
