Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
• Proven background in pediatric speech pathology, particularly within school settings
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is highly valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with diverse needs
• Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy, tailored for each child
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to optimize student progress
• Document and report on student performance, progress, and treatment outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise for goal setting and service planning
• Support classroom teachers with strategies and tools to facilitate student communication
• Maintain compliance with all relevant school district and state/federal documentation requirements
