Job Description
Experience a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students across a vibrant school district near the Magnolia and Conroe, TX area. This full-time position begins August 12, 2026, and continues through May 28, 2027, offering the chance to work closely with diverse student populations. Openings are available on the north, northeast, and south sides of the district, with most roles based at a single campus; some itinerant positions may also be available. Both seasoned SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
Professional Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility for Texas licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF candidates also welcomed
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic intervention services to students (age group and caseload details will be determined based on district needs)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Provide counseling, support, and consultation to teachers, staff, and parents regarding speech and language development
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in alignment with district and state regulations
- Advocate for students communication needs within the educational environment
