Job Description

A full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within a school setting located in Magnolia, DE. This role focuses on delivering therapy services, conducting evaluations, and supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students during the 2026/2027 school year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to students.
  • Complete comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
  • Develop and write IEPs in collaboration with educational teams.
  • Attend relevant team meetings and consultations.
  • Collect and document progress monitoring data.
  • Maintain accurate and timely therapy notes.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Delaware licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
  • Experience with school-based speech therapy services preferred.
  • Proven ability to conduct evaluations and write effective IEPs.
  • Familiarity with educational data systems such as Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP is a plus.
  • Candidates must have reliable transportation and be available to work Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Location: This contract opportunity is based on-site in Magnolia, Delaware, serving a school community with a caseload and grade-level assignments to be determined.
