Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; Clinical Fellows also considered
• Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students, individually and in groups
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records, including progress notes and compliance documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and continual professional development
