Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; clinical fellows with strong backgrounds considered
- Previous experience working with school-aged children or in an educational setting is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing documentation and reporting requirements
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and engagement
