This exciting full-time contract opportunity involves working the full school year (FSY) in a collaborative educational setting, helping students thrive in communication and learning.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• A valid California SLP license and at least two years of school-based SLP experience within California
• At least one year of hands-on experience with SEIS (Special Education Information System)
• Preferred background in supervising SLPAs alongside facilitators
• Proven ability to efficiently manage high caseloads and handle referrals
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability for a dynamic caseload
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred (but not required)
• Willingness and ability to work 100% onsite (remote/Voco not available)

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and providing direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Offering guidance and supervision to SLPAs with support from facilitators where applicable
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans in collaboration with special education teams
• Documenting progress, maintaining compliance, and communicating effectively with staff and families
• Providing expertise during team meetings and supporting referral and assessment processes

This position is open to both SLPs and SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFs); however, SLPAs are not eligible for this role. You can expect 37.5 hours per week, with the possibility of having SLPA support to help manage your caseload. For bilingual candidates, additional compensation recognizes your valuable skills.
