As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a contract assignment, youll work closely with children, educators, and families to empower students through individualized support and creative therapy approaches.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFYs welcomed
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children highly desirable
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Compassionate communication and a commitment to student growth

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to determine student needs
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans for students with diverse speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Support students across multiple grade levels in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress, attendance, and IEP requirements
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and team meetings
