Job Description

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans to address students needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
  • Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions that promote student participation and growth
