Job Description

A K-12 school in Lynn, MA is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year to provide direct support to students in a dynamic educational environment. This in-person role offers an opportunity to work with diverse learners and contribute to meaningful language development programs within the school setting.

Location: Lynn, MA
Contract Duration: January 21, 2026 June 22, 2026
Schedule: 30 hours per week
Caseload: To be determined after the interview process

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
  • Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote effective communication strategies
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state requirements
  • Participate in meetings and professional development opportunities as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) required
  • Must provide services in-person
  • Candidates with Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or strong Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered
  • Bilingual Spanish skills preferred but not mandatory
