Desired Skills & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid SLP license for the state
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
- Knowledge of IEPs and school-based therapy documentation
- Ability to effectively assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of speech, language, and communication disorders
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students across grade levels, addressing speech, language, voice, and fluency challenges
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals as part of the IEP team
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support each students academic and social success
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports per district and professional guidelines
