Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
  • Experience in school-based settings is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Genuine passion for supporting the developmental needs of students with diverse backgrounds

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each students IEP goals
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Consult with teachers, families, and educational staff to optimize intervention strategies
  • Support classroom integration and recommend assistive technology or accommodations as needed
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment with flexible intervention practices
