What makes you a great fit:

• Hold a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program
• Current state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one prior to starting
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows with strong skills are also considered
• Previous experience in school settings is highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

What youll be doing:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals tailored to each student
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services in individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and interventions
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and other specialists about student progress and needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance on speech-language supports in the classroom
