This full-time position begins August 10th, 2026, and extends through June 17th, 2027. You'll play a pivotal role as a Speech-Language Pathologist, providing expertise in two critical areas: early intervention (11-month role) and a separate K-12 caseload.

Qualifications:
- Current Maryland SLP License required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with early intervention best practices and K-12 service delivery
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Commitment to individualized, evidence-based intervention
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to assigned caseload(s)
- Assess, diagnose, and document student needs using standardized tools
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with educators, caregivers, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain organized, timely records in compliance with all regulatory standards
- Actively contribute to team meetings, student evaluations, and progress reviews
