Job Description
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Lucerne Valley, CA, serving students from PreK through 12th grade in a K-12 school district. This contract role offers a dynamic caseload including mild to moderate disabilities, with key responsibilities centered around comprehensive speech-language services to support student success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
- Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services as well as indirect support to students
- Collaborate with educational staff, families, and administrators to implement effective interventions
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
Qualifications:
- Valid California SLP License or California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) certification
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, particularly within school settings
- Familiarity with managing caseloads involving mild to moderate disabilities
- Ability to conduct speech and language evaluations and develop IEPs
- Comfort with both direct and consultative service delivery models
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Location:
- Lucerne Valley, CA (K-12 school district)

Additional Details:
- Contract role for the current school year (CSY)
- Full-time hours: 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week
- On-site position replacing previous virtual SLP services
