Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to tailor therapy methods to a diverse student population
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state reporting requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing clear input and expert recommendations
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions to support students social and academic development
