Job Description

Inspire growth and empower young minds as an onsite Speech Language Pathologist supporting elementary students. This contract position offers the flexibility of full or part-time hours and the opportunity to make a daily impact within a vibrant school community near Lowell, MA.

Qualifications:

  • Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license required
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric caseloads highly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Comfortable collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to design and implement engaging, individualized therapy plans

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language intervention services for elementary students
  • Conduct screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and progress monitoring
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with educators and families
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Deliver consultative support to teachers and family members as needed
  • Attend team meetings and contribute professional insights for student growth
