A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Burlington, MA, working within a school setting. This 37.5-hour per week contract position involves providing essential speech and language services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) certification/license in Massachusetts
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-12)
- Strong communication and assessment skills tailored to diverse student needs
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators and families
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings and provide consultation to teachers and parents
