Desired Qualifications:

• Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs will be considered
• Previous experience working in school settings at elementary, middle, or high school levels
• Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative, proactive, and student-centered approach

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational teams
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of student services
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
