Job Description

As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, youll help students develop communication strategies that open doors academically and socially for the 2026-2027 school year. With three openings available and a steady weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, youll collaborate with educators and families to foster each childs confidence and voice.

Desired Background and Experience:

  • Active SLP license with PEL and SLP Endorsement required
  • Experience with pediatric therapy or school-based interventions a plus
  • Open to seasoned SLPs and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
  • Comfortable working with K-12 students across a range of developmental and academic levels
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to individuals and small groups
  • Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
  • Offer support across elementary, middle, and high school levels as assigned
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
