Key Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CF)
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy methods for K-12 students
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Comfortable working with diverse student populations and varying caseloads
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards

Your Role Will Include:

  • Assessing students speech, language, voice, and fluency
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Delivering direct therapy and consultative services as outlined in students' IEPs
  • Collaborating with teachers, other service providers, and families to foster student progress
  • Documenting student performance, progress, and maintaining necessary records
  • Participating in IEP meetings, staff collaborations, and professional development opportunities
